The Government should set out a fixed timeline on when the veterans ID card will be made available to the wider community of veterans, and not just service leavers.

Currently service leavers are receiving the veterans ID card when they leave the service. There was talk in 2019 about the wider veteran community in time receiving this ID card but since COVID there has not been any updates.
It would be nice to have some idea as to when this will be implemented.
