Change Ofcom regulation to designate commercial Air Traffic Control radio a media for "general reception". This will mean the public can listen to it which will help people's educational needs as well as thousands of aviation enthusiasts.

As an aviation enthusiast it is fun to listen to ATC at an airport as you can understand what is happening.
