It is not fair that families of children with a disability are not eligible to receive free school meal entitlement they would get if their children were able to attend school. Currently the Government has not put in place adjustments to their national policy on FSM entitlement for children at home on medical leave. This lack of FSM provision risks discriminating against those with a disability.
