Extend the Ukraine Family Scheme to non-Ukrainian nationals fleeing Ukraine

There are Ukrainians and non-Ukrainian passport holders fleeing the war in Ukraine. Currently the Ukraine Family Scheme is only available to Ukrainians or the immediate family of Ukrainians applying to the scheme. This should be extended to non-Ukrainians who have family living in the UK.

The war is terrible and all nationals not just Ukrainians are suffering as a result of it. A more equitable approach would be to offer all nationals from Ukraine, not just Ukrainians, an opportunity to join their family members in the UK. This should be a small number and therefore should not increase the number of refugees entering the UK significantly.
