Extend Help to Buy scheme to people who have previously owned a home abroad

I want the Government to help people who have previously owned a home abroad to be afford a home in the UK. Many immigrants spend their savings to relocate. Where someone has purchased but then sold a property abroad we would like to be considered as first time buyers for the Help to Buy scheme.

Immigrants that have previously owned a home abroad cannot access the Help to Buy scheme, and many will never realize their dream of owning their own home, no matter how hard they work.

Please change this scheme to include people who have previously owned property abroad, to help them buy a home in the UK.
