Create an offence of trespass on field of play at a designated sporting event

Only football matches are currently covered by a specific offence, and incursions onto the field of play at other sporting events are becoming a regular occurrence, to which no specific offence applies. These incursions create annoyance to spectators. They also create risks of injury (and, dependent on the sport, even death) to sportsmen and women, staff and the individual concerned.
