Require foetal scanning to be offered all women prior to an abortion

Women and young girls are not always scanned or offered to see their scan, and information about the development of the foetus may not be made routinely available. Some women might decide against an abortion on seeing the images. Legally requiring pre-abortion scanning is a moral and clinical safeguarding duty of our government.
