Increase blood test threshold for driving with cannabis in the body

We want the Government to increase the legal limit of 2µg/L of delta-9-THC in your blood test, which is used to establish if a person has committed an offence of driving with cannabis in the body, to a higher level.

We believe the current limit are unfair, and mean that a person can be found guilty of driving with cannabis in their body even if any effects of using cannabis have passed. This can mean people fail a drug test days after they last took cannabis.
