Create a specific offence of stirring up hatred on grounds of Gender Identity

There are increasing cases of hate crimes targeting people on the grounds of their Gender Identity. This behaviour is extremely toxic and harmful, and can no longer be ignored. Specific legal protection from stirring up hatred on the grounds of Gender Identity is urgently needed, so that protections exist similar to the protections that already exist against stirring up hatred on grounds of sexual orientation.
