Increase the tax-free approved Mileage Allowance Payment rate and review yearly.

With the increase in running costs of vehicles and fuel due to inflation, it is time the 45p for the first 10,000 miles and 25p thereafter is reviewed and made in line with the ever-increasing costs. This amount should also be reviewed annually.
