Review compatibility of detention under MHA with freedom of expression

I want the Government to review how decisions are made to detain someone under the Mental Health Act. I believe that individuals are sometimes detained simply because of their expressed beliefs, which should be protected under rights to freedom of expression.

A Government review could look at how decisions to detain people under the Mental Health Act are made, cases where individuals have been detained because of the beliefs they have expressed, and make recommendations for how freedom of expression can be better protected in this legislation.
