Allow A1 motorcycle license holders to use motorcycles with up to 250cc engines

We want the Government to allow A1 motorcycle license holders (the highest motorcycle licence allowed for 17-18 year olds) to use motorcycles with up to 250cc engines, rather than the current 125cc limit.

We believe that the current limit of 125cc can put A1 motorcycle license holders who drive on the motorways at risk, because it is more difficult to get up to speed, and there is a higher risk of being overtaken, including by HGVs.
