Set maximum working temperature of 38C in hospitality kitchens

This should benefit everyone in the industry and help keep workplace health and morale.

Because the hospitality industry needs more working rights to be able to stop employers forcing us to work in unfavourable conditions.

And to be able to let us give our consent to sign in or opt out to working in uncomfortable temperature.
