Make it an offence to relocate a child within UK without other parent's consent

At the moment there is no specific law in place to prevent a parent relocating a child within the UK without the other parent's consent. If one parent relocates a child the other would need to apply to a court to determine if this should be prevented. I would like this to be made a criminal offence.

I would like to see that if one of the parents relocate a child minor secretly, in another city or house within the UK, without the consent and knowledge of the other parent, this should be treated as a criminal offence, with penalties of a fine up to imprisonment. This would give the police the power to intervene if a parent relocates a child without the consent of the other parent. No parent should be allowed to relocate a children without the consent of the other parent, or a court.
