Undertake a public inquiry into mental health/suicide prevention/treatment

In the UK every year over 5,000 people will take their lives, and it is estimated over 200,000 will attempt. Each one of these numbers is a real person. A person whose loss will affect many.

For this reason alone the UK's suicide rates, and rate of attempts, sections and even mental health diagnoses need looking into immediately, to establish how care can be improved and lives saved.

We must act to save lives, we must act to enact real change in all aspects of mental health treatment and prevention.
