Include a right to claim asylum in the Bill of Rights Bill

We believe a Right to Asylum is a Human Right. There are serious concerns that the Government's plans to reform human rights legislation will reduce human rights protections, including for asylum seekers. We believe the Government should enshrine a right to claim asylum in the Bill of Rights, to ensure this group is protected.
