Require employers to offer paid menstruation leave

Make it mandatory for employers to provide paid menstruation leave to their female staff. Those who suffer from menstrual pain should be given specific leave in the labour market, and should be able to take at least 3 days paid leave a month when they are suffering from menstrual pain.
