Working parents on average get 20-30 working days off a year as annual leave. The school holidays total on average 72 working days. How are parents who do not have extended family or cannot afford childcare expected to look after their children if they do not have the leave to cover it?

Many working families do not have disposable income and cannot afford to pay a minimum £200 a week per child for summer holiday clubs
