Establish a dedicated MP to represent the expat community living abroad

At the moment British expats are represented by the MP from the constituency they belonged to before they left the UK to live abroad. I request the UK Government establish a dedicated MP sitting in Parliament, elected by overseas voters, to represent the millions of British expats living abroad.
