There's no Government Legislation stating businesses need to clearly display to consumers whether their packaging can be recycled or not, and how.

It's currently incredibly difficult to see whether packaging can be recycled, and where, because there's no clear indication. Therefore, so much packaging gets wrongly thrown away. A label system on their packaging, can help consumers recycle more, lessening landfill waste. It'll also highlight which companies need to change their packaging.
