Remove the obstacles in place for young adults with either evidenced, multiple and complex needs or those who are able to show the process will cause significant risk of harm. Allow those individuals to migrate to their own claims without degrading or harmful processes first.

Additional needs young people are placed under unnecesary stress. They are expected to attend appointments even when medical evidence says they cant and still submit fit notes wasting valuable GP time
We need legislatory changes that ensure that the rights of additional needs/disabled young people are protected as they transition into adulthood. Our young people deserve to be respected and have their dignity upheld. Processes are currently damaging individuals. this must stop.
