Fund community mental health hubs for children and young people NOW!

We are calling upon the department for health and social care to set up and establish brand new open access community mental health hubs for children and young people in our local communities. Without such services, people like us will have nowhere to turn in a mental health crisis

We are a group of young people aged between 16-25 from all over Liverpool who access information, advice, guidance & support from a prominent young people’s charity based in Merseyside

The charity have recently informed us that due to “staffing issues” & “lack of funding”, they can no longer accommodate us with the mental health support we need after christmas, therefore they’ve had to axe half of their open access groups for good, including the one we go to and now we have nowhere else to turn
