Ensure that adequate shelter is provided for animals kept outside

Many animals are kept outside in extreme weather conditions. For instance, sheep are often kept in large open fields without access to any kind of shelter, including trees or hedgerows. With increasing extreme weather conditions due to climate collapse animals should have access to shelter from the cold and the heat. All animals will naturally seek shelter from extreme temperatures. Shelter could take the form of a physical shelter or tree cover.
