Amend the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 by including more dog breeds to be banned

Amend current list of banned dog breeds (currently 4) by adding the following breeds: American Bully - all kinds (XL, Extreme, Pocket, Standard, Classic), Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier (incl. Miniature).

There have been too many dog attacks, including those resulting in the death of a person, involving some of these breeds.
