Scrap fines for taking children out of school in term time

My self and other parents are having to take time off work due to the teacher strike, and in some cases have no choice but to take unpaid leave, or to close their places of business. We are in a cost of living crisis, and do not think parents should be fined for taking their children out of school during term time.
