Add health warnings to red meat and processed meat products

Cigarettes can cause a plethora of issues. So can some meat products, and we want mandatory health warnings on these.

The World Health Organisation's International Agency for the Research of Cancer (IARC) has rules processed meats as a group 1 carcinogen (causes cancer), and red meats as a group 2a (likely causes cancer). Yet there are no health warnings on these products. People should know the risks.
