Automatically grant 50/50 to both parents in separated households without the need of a court order in an attempt to stop either parent taking control of the child's needs. I strongly believe both parents should have exactly the same rights as each other without the need of a court order.

Also causing stress and anxiety in some cases for the child. In an attempt to make all parenting as equal as possible a court order should not be needed for 50/50.
