Require larger changing tables for children with special needs in public toilets

Require venues be more inclusive, by requiring larger changing tables in their toilets, for children who need to be changed/have nappies changed, as many parents of children with special needs need these facilities but cannot use the standard baby change tables that are in most toilets.

I have a child with special needs, he is almost 4 and a big boy for his age. When we are out, it is impossible to change his clothes/nappy on the baby change tables and it is unhygienic changing him on the floor.

Many children with complex needs wear nappies well into childhood and beyond, so larger changing facilities or extendable tables being available when out and about is essential.
