Fund genomic analysis for child cancer patients to improve treatment

Every child diagnosed 0-18 with cancer should be able to receive genomic analysis, allowing scientists to look for genetic alterations that may be driving the cancer’s growth, so that drugs capable of targeting those alterations can be identified.

This information could be used by the consultant treating the child to help them make an informative specific treatment plan. This could help offer more treatment options and a better insight into research for the future.
