Raise the Speed limit on Motorways from 70mph to 90mph

The 70mph speed limit on motorways was introduced in 1965. Since then the technology and safety features of cars has come on considerably. We believe it is now safe for cars to drive at this speed, and this should be recognised. It could also help to reduce congestion on motorways.
