Create a Prevention of Future Harm Register for violent and fraud offences

To help prevent future harm being brought to bear on the public, we implore the Government to use its powers in order to bring about a Prevention of Future Harm Register. Any person, convicted twice for violence or fraud should be added to the Prevention of Future Harm Register.

Akin, to the excellent Sex Offenders Register or Sarah's Law, the public could make a reasonable request to the relevant authorities to have the Register scrutinised to ensure that a person (whom they deem may pose a risk) is not on such. This, safeguard, could then prevent future harm from occurring.

We believe this could help stop many a criminal act from occurring, initially, rather than dealing with the consequences of such after the fact, as is, currently, the norm.
