Negotiate EU Citizenship for those under 18 at the time of the EU referendum

We want the Government to negotiate rights for those who were under 18 and not eligible to vote at the time of the EU referendum to have full EU citizenship, without any barriers to entry to the EU. So many people did not have a right to vote at the time of the EU referendum
