Seek exemption from 90-day rule for UK citizens with second home in the EU

Negotiate with the EU to allow UK citizens with a second home in the EU to be exempt from rules requiring a visa if you stay for over 90 days in a 180 day period. This could either be an extended visa-free period or a 'second home owner visa' without any restrictions other visa options have.

Many people including myself bought second homes in the time period between the referendum and the UK leaving the EU. I bought my second home in the belief that freedom of movement would not end. We believe second home owners are being unfairly restricted from using the their homes as they see fit.
