Review and reform the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service

We want the Government to review the CAFCASS, by looking at the complaints made against this body, and the role of the reports CAFCASS produce to inform family court proceedings, and implementing reforms to address any failings identified, and ensure the wellbeing of children is safeguarded.
