Make 12 the legal age to be on the back of a motorbike

In some countries there is a legal limit on the age of 12 years old for when a child can be a passenger on a motorbike. In this country we have no legal limit which puts children of younger ages at risk! I want the government to impose a legal age for people riding on the back of motorbikes.

I believe with the rising costs of living more and more people are using motorbikes as a cheaper alternative to cars and I have seen a dramatic change in the amount of children as young as 5/6 on the back of bikes going to school and driving around with hardly any regulations to keep them safe. Please change the legal age to 12 years old the same as some other countries.
