Standardise the criteria for UK civilian long service medals

There are various criteria for the UK civilian Long Service Good Conduct (LSGC) medals. The latest medal, Border Force and Immigration, allows aggregated service from police, Armed Forces and any precursor agencies. The others do not. We seek to have a standardised criteria for all LSGC medals.

"Parity of esteem" should exist for all civilian service long service medals and all medals should have aggregated service permissible. All current medals should qualify for further clasps.

Currently only the Prison service, (operational duties) medal doesn't qualify for a clasp at 30 and 40 years service.

All current Royal Warrants should be amended to allow for aggregated service and clasps to be earned for all LSGC medals.
