The law changed not too long ago now to have to be 16 or over to buy an energy drink. However, many drinks contain caffeine and for people who are also having caffeine in other drinks (tea, coffee or even effervescent tablets).

It can very quickly add up to more than the 400mg limit a day for the average person. I believe this would help people know more about caffeine in their drinks.
