I would like the Government to create an LDEB to ensure that upland farmers are properly consulted during the creation of any plans and policies that will impact them, and on their implementation and operation.

Upland farmers in the Lake District are the ones who will have to live with, and will be directly impacted by, policies so they should be consulted during their creation to try and ensure they don't have negative impacts, and involved in their implementation and operation.
