Currently parents of British citizens are only eligible for family visas in specific circumstances. We want family visas to be extended to all parents of British citizens, to make it easier for British citizens to be joined in the UK by their parents.

We believe the current system is unfair, and it can be difficult and costly for British citizens wanting to be joined in the UK by their parents to prove that their parents are eligible for a family visa under the current system.
The current system restricts British citizens from being joined and supported by their family, which can have an adverse impact on their mental health. We want all parents of British citizens to be able to enter the UK on a family visa.
