Stop individuals in non-fault accidents being charged more for car insurance

If a driver is not at fault, why should their insurance prices rise? People continue to be penalised for non-fault car accidents.

This is obvious when renewing car insurance; if the claim is unsettled, then people may have to put that they are at fault, despite evidence they are not. This usually results in increased insurance charges.

Car insurance overall can increase by 50% if you've been in an accident. This is not right or fair if the accident is not your fault. Why should the innocent person be charged because of someone else's carelessness?
