Grant more financial aid to businesses with high energy costs

Many businesses are on fixed-term, high-cost energy contracts, which prevents them from adopting new technologies and responding to changing market conditions, hampering their competitiveness and growth potential. It is in the interest of the economy to support businesses and keep them from being forced to close simply because they agreed a contract when the market was at its highest, and the current level of support either doesn't apply to them or is not enough.
