Extend the holiday activities and food programme to all children

Currently the Government funds a holiday activities and food programme for children who receive benefits-related free school meals. We want this programme to be extended to all children, not just those who receive benefits-related free school meals.

Many parents who aren't in receipt of benefits cannot afford to pay for holiday activities for their children. All children should have access to these activities, so this programme should be extended to all.
