Require schools to allow children to bring a mobile phone into secondary school

To make mobile phones be allowed in ALL secondary schools. As they are not only used for calls and messages, you can use your phone for travel somewhere you're not familiar with (e.g maps), having a payment method with you, or for use in emergencies.

Some secondary schools do not allow mobile phones which I think can be hazardous. Teenagers should be able to have their phones on them at all times. Many incidents have occurred where youths either got lost or cannot contact their parent/carer in an emergency. I strongly believe all secondary schools should be required to allow children to have their mobile phone with them.
