Allow those that suffer from coeliac disease to enlist in the armed forces

Currently those that suffer from coeliac disease are not eligible to join the armed forces and I believe that this is wrong, because even if you are physically fit and the only problem you have is your coeliac disease, you’re not allowed to join.
