Require all education settings provide separate sex toilets from age 4 and up

Require all education settings have separate toilets for boys and girls from reception to university age. Anyone in education should have access to a single-sex toilet. If schools want to provide a unisex toilet that should be additional, not there only option.

We believe only providing unisex toilets is a huge safeguarding issue, and can cause significant distress to children who may not be comfortable using these. We want the Government to extend requirements to have single-sex toilets to all educational settings.
