The First Minister of Scotland announced a pilot scheme that provides free access to court transcripts for survivors of sexual offences. We firmly believe that England should follow suit.

Accessibility to court transcripts allows victims to bring to attention statements made during legal proceedings, and better comprehend the judgements passed. It is also an integral aspect of maintaining transparency and accountability within the legal system.
