Give parents a right to receive pupil funding if their child is out of school

There are many children outside of education for many reasons, up and down the country. If a child is not able to attend school, then pupil funding must immediately be made available to their parents to go towards their education

Many children out of school receive no education from schools or local authorities.

Schools continue to receive funding even if a child is not receiving an education. This can put parents into an awful predicament. If a child is not receiving an education at a school, pupil funding for that child should be made available to their parents for their education outside of school.
