I Think It's Unfair & Unfortunate That Responsible Dog Owners & Placid Bullys That Have Never Attacked Or Give Any Indication Of Aggression Are Being Penalised Because The Government Ignored Backyard Breeding & Allowed These People To Continue With No Real Punishment Should Things Go Wrong Attacks Etc BackYard Breeding Should Be Stopped They Don't Care About The Dogs Or Where They Will End Up, If The New Owners Got Knowledge Of The Breed Etc - It's High Time They Was Held Accountable!!!
