Hold a referendum on payments to the EU at the same time as the general election

The Polish government is holding a national referendum on the same day as national elections on October 15. We should too. One reason many people voted Brexit was to stop paying the EU £250 million a week. A clear referendum vote will give the Government a mandate to stop payments to them!
