For the Government to provide funding to XL Bully owners for all costs of any mandatory requirements that are introduced, such as neutering, insuring, registering and the provision of muzzles.

Throughout the UK, there are thousands of people who own XL American Bully dogs that are loving family companions. The costs involved with their day to day care is already high. The provision of nutrition, veterinary care etc costs a lot due to the weight and structure of the dogs.
The Government is expected to impose expensive new requirements to allow owners to get to keep there beloved pets. Many owners may not be able to afford the costs, and we believe the Government should pay these costs.
